Follow these steps to create a volume report:
Click on Report tool.
The Report function opens in the right panel, where you now have several options.
Under REPORT TYPE, choose the basic report type Volume overview PDF.
Below is an explanation of the four report types.CAD-drawing PDF - exports a report of current view in PDF-format.
Overview PDF - exports a report with a list of volume calculations in PDF format.
Overview CSV - exports a report with a list of volume calculations in CSV format.
Prisma PDF - exports a detailed report on a prism volume in PDF format with possibility to include the prism list.
Under ALTERNATIVE, in the Title field, enter the title for the report.
Under VOLUME CALCULATIONS, all calculations in the project are displayed, regardless of the calculation method. By default, the volumes visible in the scene are marked. Here, you can select and deselect volumes as desired. Under each calculation, you can see what the calculation is made against.
Click Export to start the export of the volume report. The report is downloaded directly in the browser window.

Choose if you want to include an overview image on the first page of the report. Here, a visualization of the volume will be shown in the report.

Preview the report and click Export to start the export of the volume report. The report is downloaded directly in the browser window.
