Follow these steps to delete a specific version of an uploaded file:
Go to the File manager and select the file for which you want to delete a specific version. You can easily see in the list view through the 'Contains' column how many versions each file has.
Hover over the file for which you want to delete a version and click the left mouse button.
In the window on the right, the file's metadata is displayed, and all versions of the file are listed. The latest version is always at the top.
Click on the icon resembling a trash can next to the version you wish to delete.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.
Click Close.
Please note that the action of deleting a file version cannot be undone.
