Cancelling your policy is easy. See our 'Still need help?’ section at the bottom of the page for ways to let us know.

You’ll get a full refund on the premium you paid if you have both:

  • cancelled within the first 31 days of cover (cooling off period)

  • haven't made a claim within that cooling off period.

If you do cancel within the cooling off period, you will need to return the Sky Protect tech bundle. We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label for this and you can drop this off at your local post office free of charge.

If you do not return the tech bundle within 21 days, you’ll be charged a non-return charge to the card that we have stored for you on file. You’ll get a letter or email confirming the resulting charge to your account.

If you decide to cancel after the cooling off period, there will be an early termination charge. This is charged at £3 per month for every month remaining on your policy term. This means that if you cancel in month 2, you will be charged £3 each for the remaining 22 months whereas if you cancel in month 23, you will only be charged £3 for the final month. The early termination charge will be payable upon cancellation.

We’ll calculate the pro-rata refund owed to you and credit your account. Any early termination charges will be charged separately using the card details we have for you on file.

For more details, including cover limits and exclusions, see your policy wording.
