Firstly, make sure you've downloaded your Sky Protect app (For Sky Protect Smart Home Insurance customers.)

Go to the settings tab on the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

Select 'Help and Support' under 'User information'.

Press the 'Support' button in blue at the bottom of the screen.

Select 'Send us a message' to start a chat with one of our agents.
