Sensor Bridge lights
If the Sensor Bridge is showing a solid blue light, it is online and ready to connect to a Motion Sensor. If it is yellow, you may need to ‘reboot’ it. Reboot by disconnecting it from the Indoor Camera and plugging it back in after a minute.
If the Sensor Bridge is still showing a yellow light, please ensure your Indoor Camera is also showing a solid blue light.
Good to know: Both devices must be online for the Motion Sensors to be set up and stay connected.
Batteries
Batteries
The small button batteries in your Motion Sensor should last between 12-18 months. When the time comes to change them, you’ll need to do so safely. The Sky Protect app will notify you when the battery is ‘low’ and ‘critically low’. There’s no need to change the batteries unless you get either of these notifications.
You can only open the battery cover with a small pozidrive screwdriver. The battery cover screws are designed to stay in the battery door when accessing the battery compartment. When new batteries are inserted into the battery compartment, be sure to place them the right way up, so the positive + and negative – contacts are orientated the right way up.
Make sure the screws are tight when the battery cover has been put back on

Good to know: You can take your used batteries to your local recycling centre.
Range
Range
The Motion Sensor connects to the Sensor Bridge on the back of your Indoor Camera. The Sensor Bridge acts as an internet hub, so it is important your Indoor Camera is connected to your Wi-Fi network.
The range depends on how far away your Motion Sensor is from your Indoor Camera. Range can be impacted by walls, furniture, and other items in your home.
Good to know: The maximum range is up to 100 metres without any obstructions between the Sensor Bridge to the Motion Sensor.
