You’ll get a full refund on the premium you’ve paid if you’re cancelling within the first 31 days of cover and haven’t made a claim.
If you cancel after 31 days, you’ll only pay for the time you’ve been covered. We’ll refund the rest if you haven't made a claim.
If you pay monthly for your policy and have made a claim, you’ll need to pay the remaining policy premium in full. If you've paid annually, we won't refund any premium for the unused remaining term of your policy.
If you haven’t claimed on any optional additional cover you’ve purchased, you’ll get a refund for this cover for the time remaining in your policy.
