What to do if the PABLO kiosk doesn't work

Reminder :

🚨 All the PABLO KIOSKS belong to the french customs. SKIPTAX DOESN'T OWN OR OPERATE THE PABLO KIOSKS.

If the kiosk isn't working, or if nobody's here, this is the french customs fault and not Skiptax Unfortunately there is not much we can do about it 🚨

We're very sorry about the inconvenience, rest assured we are just as frustrated as you are, because without the validation, we won't be able to earn a cent either !

If the PABLO kiosk asks you to find a custom officer, it's not a bug, it's a random check from the customs. They will ask you yo show your items and probably some ID / residency proof

That being said :

The best thing to do is to find a french custom officer. Ask the staff around where they are, follow the signs to the french customs area. The french customs officer can manually scan your barcode or your form, or they can turn on the PABLO kiosk if it's turned off !
