Whatever the reasons :

  • You did not have time to scan the form

  • You did not find the right place to do it

  • No customs officer can be present

  • The PABLO terminals were switched off or did not work...

✏️ Note : The PABLO KIOSKS do not belong to us, they belong to the French customs. We are therefore not responsible for their operation. Furthermore, we recommend that you avoid scanning before 7am or after 9pm, as most of the machines may not be working.

There are two ways to get your refund :

  • Try again the next time you come to France (but you must have the items with you).

  • ONLY If you couldn't scan the form or get it stamped because of a french customs issue : Go to the nearest French consulate on your way home, and ask for a post validation: see the procedure by clicking here.

(this part of the procedure is to be checked directly with the French customs, we are not responsible for it at this stage).

⚠️ If you don't do either, and you haven't scanned or stamped your tax-free-form/bar code, unfortunately there is absolutely nothing else we can do and your refund will be lost ⚠️

French law states that this is the only legal way to start the refund process, and we cannot go against the law. We are aware that these are not ideal options, and we would like to be able to offer you more, but unfortunately, it is not up to us to decide.

There is no point in trying to contact us for other alternatives than the ones mentioned above, the French law is at the moment so and we will never go against the law.
