Deleting the account and deleting the app are not the same thing. Even if you delete the app, your account will still be active. If you wish to delete your account, you must download the app and delete the account - This can be done in your account settings or by contacting our support team.

If you've deleted your account but you're still being charged, you probably purchased your subscription through App Store or the Play Store. Subscriptions purchased through our website are automatically terminated when you delete your account
