The document describes all the security measures, the infrastructure, and the operation of the SAM Tool Manager (STM) and SAM Tool Supervisor (STS) solutions.

STM is the software installed in each SAM’URAÏ machine.

It runs on Windows 11 with local protections (antivirus, restrictive firewall, hidden ports, limited sessions) and can be remotely troubleshooted via TeamViewer.

STS is the web supervision application that allows monitoring of the machines, the stocks, and the movements. It is hosted on Google Cloud in Belgium, in a secure, monitored, and regularly updated infrastructure.

The document also presents the technologies used, the data flows, and the security measures applied to ensure the availability and protection of the systems.

An important clarification concerns the network connection: to allow communication between STM and STS, particularly when using an RJ45 connection, it may be necessary to authorize the IP addresses corresponding to the STS servers in the client’s firewall. As this involves the exchange of sensitive technical information, a confidentiality agreement (NDA) must be signed by the distributor and the final customer and with SAM OUTILLAGE. This process is managed by SAM Outillage’s customer service, which then sends the document once it has been validated.

Finally, the document details the management of personal data according to the GDPR: types of data collected (users, badges, company information), purposes (account and machine management), retention period (duration of the contract), absence of sharing with third parties, and user rights (access, rectification, deletion, portability).
