This articles provides a guide for identifying the type of Sales integration a client is using.

Introduction

There is no bulletproof way of knowing what integration type a client is using as SameSystem is designed at the moment. That said these tips below give a good indication of what they properly are using.

POS Integration

If a client uses a POS integration this can be identified by checking inside the General settings menu under the tab Budget & Weekly Balance if the setting “enable POS import” is checked. Below this setting, you can identify what POS provider the client is using.

If both settings are set there is a high likelihood that the client is importing sales information via a POS integration.

CAMPR Integration

If a client uses an email or FTP import (CAMPR) integration this can be identified by checking inside the CAMPR import tool.

If there is a CAMPR configuration template in the overview there is a high likelihood that the client is importing sales information via a CAMPR integration.

API Integration

If a client uses an API integration this can be identified by checking two places. Inside the General settings menu under the tab General check where the setting “enable API" should be checked.

Also, if the client has a user where, in the usercard, where the setting "For API usage" is checked.

If both settings are checked then there is a high likelihood that the client is importing sales information via an API integration.
