An overview of the different app notifications clients may receive from SameSystem.

We see you have arrived at your workplace. Please remember to check in when your shift starts at [HH.MM].

To notify the user that he arrived at work and can check in.

The user enters a region that s/he has an active shift in (the user is inside the current shift’s department region).

Do you want to check in?

Your shift is about to start. Don't forget to check in.

To notify the user that s/he didn’t check-in and his/her shift is about to start.

The user is already in the current shift’s department region. It's the shift’s start time and the user hasn't checked in yet.

It looks like you left work. Don't forget to check out.

To notify the user to check out if they leave the department before the shift ends.

User leaves department region before the shift is over.

Your shift is ending at [hh. mm]. Don't forget to check out.

To notify user to check out of the shift, otherwise his/her shift will be ended in the time s/he left the region.

Sends 15 minutes before shift ends. User must be inside department region.

Your shift was scheduled to end at [hh.mm].

To notify the user to check out of the shift, otherwise, her/his shift will be

ended in the time s/he left the region.

The user exit the shift's department region without checking out, while having an active shift.

Don't forget to check out unless you're still working.

To notify the user that the shift's end time has passed.

The user is in the current shift's department region. It's now 30 mins after the shift's end time and the user has not checked out yet.

It's time to start your break

Your planned break is starting now. Remember to register it.

To remind the user to start his/her planned break.

The user is using a start/stop break type, has a planned break, s/he has the allowance to have the break, and it's currently the planned break time.

Your shift is halfway done. Remember to register your break.

To remind the user to start a break.

The user is using a start/stop break type, does not have a planned break, s/he has the allowance to have a break, and it's in the middle of the shift time.

You consumed your break allowance, remember to end your break.

To remind the user to stop her/his break so they don't register too long breaks.

User is using start/stop break, and his/her allowance has been used.

User is using start/stop break, and his/her planned break's planned end time is = the current time.
