Import your contact notes and log them in your activity stream.
To import your notes activities into Samdock, follow the same steps as you would for a regular contact import.
Now, to add notes, add your notes in the column Note activity.
For example:
If the row to be imported contains only a person's information, then the note will be created for that person
If the row to be imported contains only an organization's information, then the note will be created for that organization
If the row to be imported contains both the person's and the organization's information, then the person and organization will be linked together and the note will be created for both the person and organization
If the row to be imported does not contain any person's or organization's information, then the note will not be created.
To import multiple note activities for contacts, add a row with the identifier and mandatory field for the person or organization.
For example, if you want the first note activity to contain "first note" and the second note activity to contain "second note", then import your file as shown below:
2 separate note activities will be created with the timestamp of the import.
You can also import another note another time in a separate import file and this will be logged separately.
