If you need to query a rebate that you have received or a rebate that you were expecting to receive, please contact your PSUK Dispensing Doctor Account Manager, or contact us on 01904 558360.

Your query will then be sent on to our Proposition Team who will investigate the issue and contact the relevant manufacturer if needed.

Please be advised that any retrospective rebates are paid at the discretion of the manufacturer.
