We’ve identified an issue affecting historic emission calculations (2021–2024) for Electricity (using the National average method) and Employee Commute (using Work from home emissions sourced from Organisational data).
This issue has been in place since June 3, 2025, and has caused emissions in these categories to appear slightly different from what was expected.
While the impact is minimal, our goal is to provide you with the most accurate emissions data possible. We recommend pausing any emissions reporting or organisational data uploads for now (as these actions trigger National average calculations for Electricity and Work-from-home calculations for Employee commute) as your values will change once the fix is deployed.
Our team is actively working on a fix that will restore emissions to their original values. Additionally, we will also introduce a new emissions lock feature to ensure historic emissions are protected. No action is required from you. We’ll update this note once the fix is live and historic emissions have been restored.
