We now support a wide range of currencies and measurement units, so your global team can upload data in the format that suits them best.

What has changed?

  • You can now enter as many different currencies or units on a template as needed.

  • All templates that are used for calculating spend-based data now include an extra column called ‘value.currency’ where you can input the currency code your data is in.

  • All templates containing measurement values, such as distance, mass, volume, energy, and fuel efficiency, now have an extra column where you can enter an accepted unit.

  • Default unit and currency dashboard views can be selected in your Account settings.

  • To learn more about how currency is converted on platform check out this article.

  • New templates can be downloaded using the 'download template' button on the data upload page for each calculation method.
