In Pera you can select several benchmarks to assess your candidates against!

These benchmarks measure and compare the competencies of your candidates with professionals who have proven to be successful. You can choose multiple benchmarks per candidate; credits are deducted from the credit package.

For example:

Imagine you have a starter package with 1,000 credits. You would like insight into candidates who will contribute commercially to your organization and want to assess their leadership characteristics.

On the platform, you choose the option to add 2 benchmarks:

  • Commercial Success β†’ 10 credits per person

  • Leadership β†’ 30 credits per person

In this case, 40 credits will be deducted per candidate from your license. The candidates only need to answer 3 questions. You will be able to see whether the candidate is a potential top performer in both commercial success and leadership.

The credits are deducted once the candidate completes the Digital Interview!
