If you wish to have a question tailored to your specific needs, please feel free to contact us.
โ๏ธ CAUTION
It doesnโt matter how many language assessments you have selected, the candidate only answers one set of 3 open ended questions and will be automatically assessed on all of the chosen language benchmarks.
During this step, you can also begin to customize your sub-landing and sub-thank you pages. Rest assured, you can always make adjustments later if necessary. For the Landing page, you can input a title and description to create content that sets the tone for the interview takers.
The sub-landing page serves as the initial point of interaction when the canddidate starts the 3 questions section in the candidate journey. You will be able to set the main landing and thank you pages at the end of the interview creation.
Step 3โ
The third step in the process is labeled Additional Assessments. In this phase, you have the option to supplement the 3 Questions with additional assessments.
These can include:
Matching Pairs, Personality, Written Language Skills (English), Language Sentiment (English), Cognitive Skills, or a Speaking Assessment.
โ
๐Note - we also have the possibility to add a video assessment.
You can choose more than one assessment, and their order can be adjusted in a later stage if you have selected multiple assessments.
Furthermore, the interview length and credits used for the selected benchmarks are indicated when creating the interview.
Step 4โ
The fourth step is Candidate Profile and you can select simple requirements such as contact information, education, resume or any other additional question of your choice.
Tip: you can add any knockout questions here such as visa requirements or language proficiency under Additional questions.
Step 5โ
The next step is Settings, where you can find a communication with candidates and HR communication. You have the option to decide whether you want to send a PDF candidate report to candidates, set up reminders, and specify if recruiters should be notified when candidates complete the Digital Interview.
