The “Embed” option isn’t showing up
Embedding is available only from the Marketer plan and above.
If you’re on the Free plan, upgrade your plan first.
I clicked “Get Embed Code” but nothing happens
Make sure you selected Create New and chose either Entire Page or Video Player.
The iframe code will only generate after making this choice.
The embed doesn’t display on my website
Check if your CMS supports iframe embeds (Wix, Webflow, and WordPress all do).
If your site blocks iframes by default, enable iframe permissions in your CMS or contact your web admin.
The video looks cut off or not responsive
By default, the embed is responsive. If it looks cropped, adjust the container size in your website builder.
Test the embed on both desktop and mobile to confirm responsiveness.
The library embed option isn’t there
Full library embeds are only available on Enterprise plans.
