Do yourself a favour and book a parking space in advance to park hassle-free. This can be done easily via our website or in the app.
1. Find your destination
Search by address, postcode, landmark, neighbourhood, or city. Also, enter the date and time of your trip.
2. Choose the best parking location
View available parking locations nearby on our map. Click on a location for more information.
3. Book and pay
Click on 'Book', enter your details, and pay online. We offer these secure online payment methods: Apple/Google Pay, iDEAL | Wero (Netherlands), credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Bancontact).
Please note: Avoid errors by entering your license plate number without spaces or hyphens. This is required to proceed to the payment page.
4. Confirmation and instructions
You will now receive a confirmation email with important information, including the route, your access page (to open the entrance and exit), booking details, and invoice.
5. When it's time to park
Use the app to navigate to the location and open the entrance and exit. Unable to download or use the app? Simply follow the link in your confirmation email. Make sure to stop your session upon departure to avoid any extra charges.
