Keeping your team roster up to date is important for security and organization. You can easily remove individual mailroom users or delete multiple users at once using either the web platform or the mobile application.
Using the Web Platform:
Log in to your Parcel Tracker account on the web platform and click on
Settingsfrom the main navigation bar.Select
Mailroom Users.Click on the
small squarenext to the specific user's name (You can check multiple squares to delete several users at once).Click the
Deletebutton.A confirmation prompt will appear, then click
Delete.
Using the Mobile Application:
Open the Parcel Tracker app and tap on
Managefound on the bottom navigation menu.Select
Users.Tap on the specific user's name.
Tap the
three dotsbutton at the upper right, then tapRemove.A confirmation box will show. Tap on
Removeto finalize the deletion of the user.
