What does the integration include?
With the OurMind and Medicom integration, you work directly in the patient record. Consultations are recorded with OurMind and SOEP notes are automatically added to the record, without copying and pasting. The integration also supports split SOEP: when there are multiple complaints in one consultation, separate SOEP items are automatically created. However, it is unfortunately not possible to use personalisations, as you may be used to in the standalone web application of OurMind. This means that when your practice works with the integrated version of OurMind, the entire practice uses the same standard templates and default settings.
Who is this integration for?
The integrated version with Medicom is available for general practices that use Medicom as their HIS and already use or wish to use OurMind. The integration is only available for practice accounts, with a minimum of two users within one practice.
How can I register my practice?
When you want to register your practice for the Medicom Integration, you can do so via this link on the website. There we will need some information from the practice:
Name of the general practice
Full address of the practice
Email address
Practice code (this consists of two letters and can be found in Medicom: bottom right of the start screen)
Organization code (this consists of 5/6 digits and can be found in Medicom: Help β Info β Sessions)
With this information we can register your practice for the Medicom integration. After activation, all users within your practice can immediately start working with the integrated version of OurMind. More information about the codes can be found here.
When can I start with the integration?
After registration, we will verify your information and coordinate activation with Medicom. Medicom needs approximately 3 days for activation. As soon as the integration is enabled, you will receive a confirmation, and from that moment you can start right away.
How do I use the integrated version?
Using the integrated version is simple:
Make sure a working microphone is connected
Open the patient record in Medicom
Start OurMind within Medicom
Conduct the consultation and check the output
Save and finish!
