Why was only £25 captured instead of the full amount?

We were only able to capture £25 at the time of your charging session. This could be due to several reasons, including insufficient funds in your account or restrictions on the card used. Since the full amount could not be collected, your service has been temporarily suspended until the remaining balance is paid.
We will attempt to collect the remaining balance again tomorrow. Alternatively, you can manually pay the outstanding balance by following these steps:

  1. Open the app

  2. Select the “Suspended User” banner

  3. Tap on “Pay Outstanding Balance” to complete your payment

Once the full outstanding balance is successfully paid, your service will be reinstated without delay.
