One of your Numark member benefits is the support pack we send to you every month.
Your pack should be delivered by the 25th of the previous month and no later than 3rd of the relevant month, i.e. your August pack should arrive by the 25th July, and no later than the 3rd August.
Unfortunately sometimes for reasons outside of our control, particularly with postage, there may be a delaying with the delivery of your member support pack.
However, if you do not receive your pack by the 3rd of the relevant month, please email member support as there are a limited quantity of spare packs if available upon request. We will dispatch one to you as soon as possible.
Please ensure you quote your Numark membership number with your pack request
