When you are asked to create your Password for the Portal, it must be a certain number of characters and include a 'special character'.
Passwords for the Portal must be: -
At least 8 characters
Must include at least 1 number
Must include at least 1 upper case letter
Must include at least 1 lower case letter
Must include at least 1 special character: ^ $ * . [ ] { } ( ) ? " ! @ # % & / \ , > < ' : ; | _ ~ ` = + - x characters long
