Return management in product screens

This is a critical improvement for your analysis.

Until now, quantities displayed in product screens (Product View, Product Group, Product Perf, Best Fighters, etc.) were:

  • Net of returns for stores

  • Gross of returns for e-commerce

This distinction reflected a genuine difference in commercial management between the two channels.

Now, you have control: a new checkbox lets you decide whether to include returns in your analysis, depending on your operational needs.

The label is self-explanatory (i know it's stays in french, consider this like a first training ;-))) . By default, the checkbox is selected, meaning the data you see includes returns (giving you the real sell-through performance of a product). Conversely, if you uncheck it, returns are excluded (allowing you to view the true commercial ability to sell a product during the selected period).

Store Efficiency Compared to Resources

This is equally important!

A store might overperform or underperform commercially, but how does its performance compare to the resources you’ve allocated, such as the number of SKUs or stock pieces?

A new screen is now available in the Store menu under Perf Means. It’s worth exploring in detail—check out the dedicated article: Store Means Perf.

Store Perf - Weekly and Monthly Views

Want to see store performance on a weekly or monthly basis? You can now group data at these two levels using the Group By option.

⚠️ Note: The selected date range still applies. For instance, if your range starts on the 15th of the month, grouping by month will only display data from the 15th onwards.

Store Perf and Store App

With a store license, you can already access the Store view of a specific location directly from Store Perf by using the three dots at the end of the row.

Previously, this action would open a new tab, and using the in-store scan feature would display product data from the central view.

That’s no longer the case! Now:

  • You stay in the same tab.

  • If you use the scan feature from the Store App, you’ll directly see product data for the selected store. No need to add a store filter anymore!

To return to the central Store Perf view, simply click the green banner at the top of the screen.

6-Month Return Rate

Previously, the product detail view showed the return rate for the selected period. However, analyzing over just a day or a week often gave insignificant results (unless you quickly verified the product manually).

To address this, we’ve added the 6-month return rate. This allows you to assess a product’s return performance regardless of the selected time frame.

And that's "all" for today! ;-) Rest assured, our teams are working on exciting new features, especially around product merchandising management. Stay tuned...
