The service rate makes it possible to know the probability that a customer will find his size in a store for a product or a set of products (theme, department, store offer, ...).
For this we use the weight of every size for this product or a similar product in the store and the available stock present.
If all sizes are present in the store's stock the level of service will be 100%
On the other hand, if the XXL which represents 6% of sales for that product in the store then the service level will be 94%
Finally if it is the L which represents 25% of sales in the store then the level of service will be 75%
The same size of the same product can have different sales weights per store and therefore have a different impact on the level of service of a store.
Obviously, we only consider breakage if you have matched the product and size in the store. We consider the product/size in the store assortment if a product/size has a sale or a stock in the last 4 weeks otherwise the product / size is not or is no longer in the store assortment and its absence has no longer an impact in the service rate.
Every level of service is highlighted by a color code that allows you to know its context and decide on an action.
You can find the service rate in these different screens Product
Stores View, with two indicators for the service rate one for country Top 100 (top right) and the second for active collection where products are still stocked on WH DC (bottom left).
