The tracker is a table having a row for the 100 bests and one for every department. And columns shows the last 12 weeks including the current week.
Every square therefore corresponds to the service rate of a department and a week.
You can therefore see the evolution of the service rate for a department over time, week by week until the current situation.
The departments are sorted by the decreasing weight of contribution in quantity sold in the current week, (the first department is the one that contributes more in quantity sales).
To calculate the service rate we take the X best countries for every department. This number X is dependent on every company.
