What should you do in case of a breakdown or accident?

If something goes wrong on the road, don’t worry, just follow these simple steps.

🛠️ In case of a breakdown

  1. Stay calm and park your vehicle safely
    ​

  2. Call the roadside assistance service of your car’s brand
    👉 You’ll find the contact number in the vehicle’s instruction manual (in the glove compartment)

🚗 In case of an accident

  1. Make sure everyone is safe and move the vehicle to a secure location if possible
    ​

  2. Call AG Insurance right away:

    🗣️ Mention that you’re a MyPop customer
    ​

  3. Fill in the European Accident Form (you’ll find a copy in the glove compartment)
    ​

  4. Take photos of the accident scene and any damage (as many as possible)
    ​

  5. Email MyPop within 24 hours and attach:

  • The completed Accident Form

  • All pictures
