If the App asks you to purchase another subscription after buying on the website, it means you accidentally created a new free account.
Open the app and wait a few seconds. To close the payment screen, simply tap a couple of times on the top-left corner of the window (the X may not appear). This action will quickly close the payment screen and return you to the main interface.
Then tap Log out:
To access your paid account:
Tap Get started.
Select Yes, I already have an account.
Log in using the email and password set during registration.
If you haven’t created the password, the only way to access the app for you is through the ‘Forgot Password’ option.
