If the App asks you to purchase another subscription after buying on the website, you probably haven’t logged in to your paid account.

Open the app and wait a few seconds. To close the popup, simply click a couple of times on the top left corner of the window (the X can not appear). This action will quickly close the popup and return you to the main interface.

Tap Log Out first:

To access your paid account:

  • select Get Started;

  • click Yes, I already have an account.

    Log in using the email and password set during registration.

If you haven’t created the password, the only way to access the app for you is through the ‘Forgot Password’ option.

  • Select Get Started;

  • choose Yes, I already have an account; and

  • click Forgot Password button.

Use the email address that you used for onboarding. You will receive a password reset link to log in to the application.
