Our app works on a subscription basis, meaning you’re charged upfront for your plan, and it will automatically renew according to your selected plan until you decide to cancel.
Important: deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription. Also, depending on the platform you purchased your subscription to use on, it may not appear in your App Store/Google Play subscriptions list and, therefore, cannot be canceled there directly.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal, please make sure to cancel your subscription at least one day before the renewal date.
