If you subscribed through our website, you can either cancel your subscription within the app or via support, so let’s learn how to do it.
Cancel within the app
Go to the Me tab and tap Settings (gear icon).
Tap Manage subscription.
What to do if there’s no Manage subscription option
If you can't find the Manage subscription option, you haven't logged into your paid account. You need to access it to cancel your subscription within the app, so here’s how to do it: I've just paid. How do I access my plan?
If you tap Manage subscription and get redirected to the App Store, it also means that you need to log in to your paid account using your email address as your initial login method.
Go to the Me tab and tap Settings (gear icon).
Tap Log out.
1. Tap Get started.
2. Select Yes, I already have an account. Log in using the email and password set during registration.
Here's what to do if you don't remember your password:
Tap Forgot password or Fast login without password.
Enter your email and check your inbox: you will receive a reset link or a one-time code.
Cancel via support
Go to the Me tab.
Under your name, tap Help & Support Center.
