App Store Purchases. Cancel via Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before your trial or subscription period ends.
Play Market Purchases. Cancel via Play Market settings at least 24 hours before your trial or subscription period ends.
Website Purchases. Cancel through your app profile before the end of the current period.

Describe your request. If additional information is needed, we’ll ask you to provide it through a short form.

The email you used for signing up.
Date and time of the charge.
Transaction ID (if you paid via PayPal).
Last four digits of your card (if you used your credit card).
