We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. We've made the process easy for you if you’d like to request a refund. Here’s how to do it:
In the app
Go to Me > Profile Settings > Get Help, and tell us about your refund request.
On our website
Use the widget in the lower-right corner or the Contact Us button to start a chat with our chatbot and explain your situation.
By email
You can also request a refund by emailing us at support@myorganicapps.com. Please include the following information in your email:
The email you used for signing up.
Date and time of the charge.
Transaction ID (if you paid via PayPal).
The last four digits of your card (if you used your credit card).
We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible and keep you updated.
