How to Edit Your Fast

Need to correct a fasting entry? Whether you entered the wrong time or accidentally logged a fast that didn’t happen, you can quickly fix it in just a few steps.

Here’s how to edit your fast:

  1. Go to the Nutrition tab and open the Fasting section.

  2. Scroll down to find the fast you want to update.

  3. Tap Add Fast to re-log your entry with the correct start and end times.

  4. Select the accurate start and end date and time.

  5. Tap Save My Fast to confirm.

For example, if you logged a fast by mistake or entered a longer or shorter duration than you intended, just re-enter the correct times — your updated fast will replace the previous one.

Note: Fasts longer than 24 hours can’t be logged at this time.

You can make changes whenever you need — it’s all about keeping your tracking accurate and working for you.
