Need to correct a fasting entry? Whether you entered the wrong time or accidentally logged a fast that didn’t happen, you can quickly fix it in just a few steps.
Here’s how to edit your fast:
Go to the Nutrition tab and open the Fasting section.
Scroll down to find the fast you want to update.
Tap Add Fast to re-log your entry with the correct start and end times.
Select the accurate start and end date and time.
Tap Save My Fast to confirm.
For example, if you logged a fast by mistake or entered a longer or shorter duration than you intended, just re-enter the correct times — your updated fast will replace the previous one.
Note: Fasts longer than 24 hours can’t be logged at this time.
You can make changes whenever you need — it’s all about keeping your tracking accurate and working for you.
