How to Track Your Water Intake

We’ve made it easy for you to track your water balance.

To add water intake

For iOS users

  1. Go to the Meals tab.

  2. Tap the Water balance section.

  3. Tap Connect to Apple Health.

  4. Allow our app to access and update your health data.

  5. Tap Log water.

For Android users

  1. Go to the Meals tab.

  2. Tap the Water balance section.

  3. Tap Connect to Health Connect.

  4. Grant all necessary permissions and tap Allow.

  5. Tap Log water.

Ensure Health Connect is installed on your phone. For accurate water tracking, sync it with your preferred health app (Samsung Health, Fitbit, Google Fit, or others).

To sync health-tracking apps, open Health Connect and select App permissions. If you see any of your apps listed under Not allowed access, tap them and grant the necessary permissions.

To check your water intake

  1. Go to the Meals tab.

  2. Tap the Water balance section.

  3. View your weekly and monthly progress.

To change your daily water intake goal

  1. Go to the Meals tab.

  2. Tap the Water balance section.

  3. Tap the pencil icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
