You can also reach us through the app:
Go to the Me tab.
Tap Help & Support Center.
Select Contact Support → Messages.
Create a new message.
Alternatively:
Go to the Me tab.
Open Profile settings.
Tap Get Help → Contact Support → Messages.
Create a new message.

Visit myorganicapps.com and choose one of the following options:
Tap Contact Us at the top of the screen.

Scroll to the Help section at the bottom of the screen and tap Contact Us.
By email
You can always reach us by email at support@myorganicapps.com.
When emailing us, please include:
a clear description of your issue or request
the email address used for your purchase
a screenshot of the transaction showing:
date and time
transaction amount
last four digits of the card used
recipient’s name
If you paid via PayPal, please include:
the email linked to your PayPal account
your Transaction ID and Profile ID
Providing these details helps us find your subscription and resolve your request faster.
