A registered visitor can access the personal page through an invitation email or confirmation email. On this page, the visitor can view and update their registration details.
Please note: Only invitees who have registered can view the personal page.
What can a visitor do on the personal page?
The personal page can include the following:
pre-filled registration details that the visitor can complete or update
a button to view and download the e-ticket
a personal QR code that the organizer can scan to check in the participant at the event
an overview of guests, including their personal QR codes
the invoice, if applicable
a button to unsubscribe their registration for the event
Tip: Make sure the e-ticket has been created before sharing the personal page.
Add the personal page link to an email
You can add a button linking to the personal page in an invitation email or confirmation email.
Follow these steps:
Open your draft email or confirmation email.
Click "Add widget".
Select "Button".
Under the button type, choose "Link to event element".
Then select "Personal page link".
This adds a button that takes the visitor directly to the personal page.

Hidden fields shown in the Registration Module overview are never displayed on the personal page.
