Registration form

Learn how to set up the registration page in the Website Module and manage the title, icon, tickets, registration questions, and registration texts

In the Website Module, under "Pages", you can configure your event registration page.

On this page, you manage the following elements:

  • title

  • icon

  • admission tickets

  • registration questions

  • standard texts

A number of registration questions are already added for each new event. You can easily adjust these.

Note: empty registration form or page not loading

Do you see an empty registration form? Or is the Register page not opening properly? This is usually caused by cookies stored in your browser.

Solution:

  • delete the cookies in your browser settings

  • or open the event website in an incognito window

Parts of the registration page

1. Icon

By default, the registration icon is set.

Would you like to use a different icon? You can change this via: Choose an icon.

2. Title

The default title of this page is Register. You can change this title to something that better fits your event, such as:

  • Register now

  • any other title you prefer

3. Admission tickets

The available admission tickets are shown on the registration page. You manage these tickets in the Ticket Module.

Are there multiple admission tickets? Then the visitor must always select one ticket. This also applies to inactive tickets and when using the waiting list. If there is only one admission ticket in the Ticket Module and the waiting list is disabled, the visitor will go directly to the registration form.

4. Registration questions

On this page, you also set the registration questions that visitors fill in when signing up.

Make sure these registration questions are clear and relevant to your event.

5. Registration texts

The registration page also includes registration texts that you can adapt to the style and content of your event.

These include texts that guide visitors through the registration process. Read more here.
