Closing and resolving an assignment on mobile

Resolve an Assignment from the Mobaro mobile app by adding a Solution — describe how the issue was fixed, attach photos if useful, and accept the change.

Overview

Resolving Assignments promptly keeps clear records and accountability. Here's how to close one out from the Mobaro mobile app by recording a Solution.

Best practice: A clear Solution — what was done, with a photo where it helps — is what makes a resolved Assignment useful later, for audits and for the next person who hits the same issue.

Resolving an assignment

1. Open the assignment

From your list, choose the Assignment you're ready to close.

2. Add a solution

Scroll to the Solution section and tap + Add.

Describe how the issue was addressed, and optionally attach photos or documents.

3. Accept the change

Tap Accept Changes to save your resolution and close the Assignment.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Can I reopen an Assignment after finishing it?
A: Reopening is done from the Backend, not the mobile app — see Understanding assignment statuses. From mobile, if more work is needed, create a new Assignment or contact your administrator.

Q: Is a Solution mandatory?
A: Not always, but a detailed Solution is strongly recommended for documentation and accountability.

Q: How do I just change the status without resolving?
A: See Changing an assignment's status on mobile.
