Before performing a reset, you must note which floor sensor you have installed in the floor.
You can find this on the thermostat by doing the following:
Press and hold the gear button to open the menu
Press Regulate in the upper right corner
Press Sensor in the lower right corner
Select Floor sensor in the lower right
Select Sensor type
Here you will see which sensor type is set for your system. Make a note of this.
You will now perform a reset of the thermostat.
Resetting the floor thermostat:
Press and hold the gear button until the menu opens
Select Settings → Setup → System → Reset
Press Radio twice; it should display Thermo: YES and Radio: FACTORY
Press Save
The floor thermostat is now reset.
Your floor thermostat has now been reset and must be set up again.
Select language
Press Save language in the lower left corner
Select function — you can choose between Thermostat, Regulator, and Zzilent
(Thermostat is the most common option when using Wi‑Fi)
Setting the sensor type again:
Press and hold the gear button to access the menu
Press Regulate in the upper right corner
Press Sensor in the lower right corner
Select Floor sensor in the lower right
Select Sensor type
In the upper right corner, press until you find your correct option
Press Save in the lower left corner
