Mounting Guide for Panel Heaters

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This image shows the minimum mounting distances:

In addition to this, we recommend 200mm (20cm) of space in front of the heater.

However, we still recommend giving the heater more space around it than these minimum distances to ensure the heat circulates well throughout the room.

It is important that the heater is mounted horizontally, as it will not function properly if installed vertically. This is because the heating element and air vents are positioned horizontally. Mounting the heater incorrectly will result in poor airflow and could potentially trigger the overheat protection while the heater is in use.

Nothing should be placed on top of the heater, as this could at best damage the unit, and at worst pose a safety risk. If large objects are placed on the heater, the overheat protection will eventually be triggered.

Unfortunately, we do not produce our own curtain brackets, but you are of course free to use one from another manufacturer.
