All Mill panel heaters have a lightning symbol on the display that indicates whether the heater is actively heating. If the symbol is lit, the heater should be producing heat.
If the heater is not heating even though the lightning symbol is lit, this may indicate a problem with your Mill heater. To check whether the heater is defective, follow these steps:
Reset the heater (add link)
Set the heater to the MAX temperature (35 degrees).
Within a few minutes, the heater should start to warm up. You can check this by holding your hand over the vents at the top.
If the heater still does not produce heat, please return it to the store where it was purchased. Remember to bring your receipt if you're unsure whether your purchase is registered in the store's system.
If the store is unable to help you or you experience other issues with the warranty process, please contact Mill Customer Support.
