All Mill Convection heaters (with exception of SG2000MEC and CO2200MECMAX) have a lightning symbol on the heater’s display indicating if the heater is generating heat or not. If the lightning symbol is on the heater should be generating heat.
If the heater does not generate heat when the lightning symbol is on, it is likely there is a problem with your Mill Convection Heater. To troubleshoot if the heater is defect or not, please do the following:
Set the heater to maximum temperature (35 degrees Celsius).
Please note: SG2000MEC / CO2200MECMAX cannot be reset, to check if these heaters are working you can only set the heater to MAX. Within a couple of minutes your heater should be warm. You can check this by holding you hand over the top of the heater.
If the heater does not heat, please contact your retailer. Bring your heater and your receipt with you to the retailer, and they will assist you further with your case. Alternatively, you can contact Mill support.
