Once logged into to the SFM mobile app you can find the requests tab in the bottom left of your home screen.
On the requests tab you will see a list of requests allocated to your user. The state of the request is denoted by its colour and the status widget on the right hand side.
On the requests tab you can:
View details of your request(s)
Start your request(s)
Reject your request(s)
Pause your in progress request(s) when it can not be completed for any reason
Set your request to travel state when travelling
Complete your request when it has been done
After a request has been viewed once, it looks like this, with a white background and no status:
Request Statuses:
New
If you have got a new request it will look like this in your requests tab:
Paused
If you have paused your request the request status will look like this:
Note that the time has been updated during the pause, and the previous and new time are shown
In progress
If you are currently working on your request it will look like this:
Travelling
If you are travelling to work on a request, the request will look like this:
