This guide provides clear instructions on how to regain access to your MicadPro account if you have forgotten your password. Follow these simple steps to request a reset link and securely update your credentials.
1. Navigate to the Micad Pro login page: https://hub.micadpro.net/
2. Click "Forgotten password"
3. Click the "Username" field and enter your email address
4. Click "Send me the reset link"
5. You should then receive the password reset email, so click "Click here to reset password".
Alert! The link only lasts 15 minutes, then you have to click Forgotten password again.
6. Enter your new password
7. Click "Set new password"
Tip! If the "Set new password" button doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache and trying all the steps again.
