You can enhance plan traceability by adding key data points—either custom form fields or system Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)—to the Plan's Basic Information view.
Available System KPIs
The system tracks the following data that can be used as KPIs:
Estimated value
Items to be acquired - quantity
Items to be acquired - total value
Plan schedule
Number of acquisitions
How to Add KPIs (Maximum of 3)
1. From the Summary tab click "Edit" on the Basic Information view, then click "add new."
2. The available system KPIs and non-text-type form fields will be listed to the right and
within the Basic Information section.
3. Select up to 3 desired KPIs by clicking on them. This moves the information into the box
next to the Basic Information.
4. Click "Save."
The selected KPIs will now be visible directly in the Plan's Basic Information section.
