How do I track my orders?

To track orders, select orders from the main navigation.

You will be presented with the order listing page. From here you can click on the PHOENIX Order ID to open the order to see the product lines and the status of each part of the order.

Important: PHOENIX Gateway rebuilds the order as it was placed by the customer. This means if an order has been split or merged, the order tracking screen will ignore this and only show the product lines as they were submitted.

Due to this, when you view the details of an order, product lines may have different statuses.
