To begin the process of raising a claim, select Claims from the main navigation.
You will be presented with the claims listing page, from here you click the ‘+ Add a claim’ button to begin the process of raising a claim.
Important: To raise a claim for a missing tote, picking error or overstocked product, you will need to contact PHOENIX Customer Services.
If the you select missing as the reason for all lines on a claim, you won't be able to continue with the claim via the website. The below message will be displayed.
