How Do I Use The Online Check-In?

By going to the Transaction Items List on the Performance page and clicking the redeem button next to an item.

Once you redeem the item, this icon will turn into a tick.

The item must have a barcode in order for it to be redeemed. If the item doesn't have a barcode, then an error icon will appear next to the item.
