Guide: Online Check-In without Scanners

Follow the steps below to check-in customers on the Transaction Items List

1. Go to Performance

a) Go to the Events page and select your Event

b) Click into the Performance you're checking-in for

2. View Transactions

3. Redeem barcodes

a) Click the redeem button under the Status column

b) Once clicked, the icon will become a tick

check in.png

b) If the item doesn't have a barcode, then a red error icon will appear

not generated.png

c) To quickly generate a new barcode, click Manage on the item

d) On the Order page, scroll down to the Items section and click Barcode
